1. About shipping


Japan domestic
The accessories will be delivered by Yamato Transport's Ta-Q-Bin or Japan Post's LetterPack Plus. If you have a specific delivery date and time preference, please indicate it in the remarks column of your order (TA-Q-BIN only). You can choose from the following time zones: Morning, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20, and 19-21. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time for LetterPack Plus.

Small items other than accessories will be delivered by Japan Post's Click Post (post box). Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time for Click Post.

Overseas
Delivery will be made by DHL, FedEx, EMS, or registered international mail. The following countries are available for delivery: United States, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Greece, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand.

For all customers
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email that includes the tracking number of your package. If you are not at home and are unable to receive your order, please contact the shipping company directly. Please note that we are not responsible for the return of packages that cannot be delivered. 2. About shipping costs

The shipping fee is shown on each product page.

Japan domestic
Free shipping is available for purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included). If you place multiple orders of less than 11,000 yen (including tax), you will be charged a shipping fee for each order. Please note that we are unable to combine multiple orders.

Overseas
A shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase amount. The shipping fee depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method. In addition to shipping charges, customs duties and charges may apply. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

3. About delivery time

Ready-made
Normally, we will arrange for delivery within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we send you an order confirmation email. Please note that it may take longer during the year-end and New Year holidays and extended holidays.

Custom-made
It takes about 3-6 weeks, depending on the type of product and how crowded it is. Please feel free to contact us if you have a desired delivery date. We will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail, so please set your e-mail address so that you can receive e-mails from contact@hiroya-kyoto.jp.

4. About slips
