8. Payment deadline
Online payment depends on your credit card's closing date and contract details. Please check with your credit card company.
Payment at convenience stores must be made within 3 days of order confirmation. Delivery arrangements will be made after payment is confirmed.
9. Time of product delivery
We will arrange for delivery within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is completed. If you have a specific date and time in mind, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
10. Delivery method of products.
Within Japan, delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.For overseas, delivery will be made by UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS.After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping completion email that includes the tracking number of your package. If you are not at home and cannot receive your package, please contact the shipping company directly. Please note that we are not responsible for the return of packages that cannot be delivered. We can reship the returned package, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
11. Bad product
If the product is in stock, we will exchange it. If the product is not available, it will be returned to you.
12. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience. If there is a problem with the product or we are responsible for a wrong delivery, we will pay for the return shipping and resending costs.
