Cancellation, Return, and Exchange
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail within one hour after you receive the order confirmation e-mail.
Please contact us within one week of receiving the product for return or exchange. As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience, unless there is a defect in the product.

4. Return shipping and resending fee
If the product is defective or delivered in error and we are responsible, we will pay for the return shipping and resending costs.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following items apply
- When used (except when the product is found to be defective after use)
- In the event of scratches or stains caused by the customer's responsibility
- If the owner of the applicable product does not match the purchaser
- If one week has passed since the product arrived
- If there is a statement on the product screen that returns and exchanges are not available
